Baked Spiced Squash

What you need:

2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or pancake syrup
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 medium butternut squash, halved and seeded

What you need to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients except squash in small bowl. Arrange squash cut side up on baking sheet; brush with 1/2 of the Spread mixture.
  3. Bake 45 minutes or until squash is tender, brushing with remaining Spread mixture halfway through cooking.
