Stuffing with Apricots, Sausage & Sage

What You Need

3 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread, divided
1 large onion, chopped
2 large stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. turkey sausage, casings removed
4 cups multi grain bread cubes
1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

What You Need To Do

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 2 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread in large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery and cook, stirring often, until vegetables are almost tender, about 5 minutes.

Add sausage to skillet and cook, breaking into chunks with wooden spoon, until cooked through, about 5 minutes; remove from heat and stir in bread cubes, apricots, sage, pepper and salt. Drizzle with broth and toss to mix.

Transfer stuffing to 13 x 9-in. or 3 qt. baking dish. Dot with remaining 1 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®  Spread; cover with foil.

Bake 30 minutes; remove foil and bake until top is golden, about 30 minutes.
