Sauteed Vegetables

What you need:

2 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Whipped & Creamy Taste, divided
4-1/2 cups cut-up assorted fresh vegetables (onions, bell peppers, zucchini and/or yellow squash)

What you need to do:

Melt 1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Whipped & Creamy Taste in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.

Turn vegetables into serving bowl, then top with remaining 1 tablespoon Spread.
